All orders have a processing time of 5-10 business days before they will ship. Standard shipping can take minimum 5 days to maximum 21 days for delivery.

 

You can request to return or exchange the product that you buy from eropsyche.com within 7 days days beginning from the order date.

If your return is accepted, we will make an informative come back about return shipping process, as well as instructions on where to send your package.The shipment cost during this process will be covered by eropsyche.com only if items are returned undamaged by Yurtiçi Kargo or DHL courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Reimbursement will be made within 3 to 10 days depending on your method of payment, In the event that we determine your product is not in suitable condition for return, it will be sent back to your address via courier and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
